You and your members have a chance to be a part of a very unique District 7350 Annual Conference. As you may be aware, the conference is planned for the weekend of May 10th through May 13th, 2001 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center.

The Rotary Club of Lewistown has been hard at work preparing for this year's conference. Below, you will find links to the Conference Registration Form, the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center Registration Form, as well as links to the conference agenda and the planned activities.

TIMING IS IMPORTANT. So that we can properly plan, complete the Conference registration for, include a check for the desired meals and/or golfing, and return as soon as possible. Hotel reservations should be made directly with Hershey Lodge and Convention Center by calling 1-800-HERSHEY (don't forget to identify yourself as a District 7350 conference attendee using the keywords ROT0510) or by completing and sending the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center registration form directly to Hershey. The Deadline to hold conference pricing on the roomis is March 28, 2001.

Meet International Students - The students are scheduled as the program at Saturday's lunch. Hear Folks From Kazakstan - A delegation from Kazakstan will be on hand to discuss their country and the changes that have occurred since the fall of the Soviet Union. Enjoy the Newly Renovated Hershey Lodge and Convention Center - There is no better place to take your family than the "Sweetest Place on Earth". In addition to the Park and Zoo, the Lodge and Convention Center offer swimming, miniature golf, game rooms, in-room movies, etc. Child care will be offered by the conference committee during the dinner banquets and at other times through Hershey Lodge. The following member, spouce, and family activities will be available at the conference: HERSHEY PARK - We have secured highly discounted tickets to Hershey Park and Zoo America. The park officially opens May 11, 2001. Hershey Museum & Founders Hall - Tours available of the Hershey Museum and Founder's Hall, the center piece of the Milton S. Hershey School. Mother's Day Brunch - Reservations can be made directly with Hershey for their Mother's Day Brunch at either the Lodge and Convention Center or the elegant Hershey Hotel. Trolly Tour of Hershey - Singing conductors provide an informative and entertaining family tour of Hershey, PA. The New Hershey Hotel Spa!!! - Treat Mom to the newest activities at the Hershey Hotel. Golf Hershey's South Course - Tee times are available for Saturday afternoon, May 12th. Learn from the Chef - Get cooking ideas from Hershey's finest Chefs.
